About Us

Ada Sobieszczuk started her Chinese medicine journey straight out of high school when she completed her traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) degree in London, UK, and at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology.

However, that proved to be merely a starting point; it lacked the profound depth and holistic understanding she sought regarding the seamless connection between body, mind, and spirit. Undeterred, Ada kept studying, acquiring textbooks, attending courses, and seeking guidance from mentors. Her quest led her to complete mentorships in Classical Acupuncture, at last, answering long sought-after questions. All to help others uncover the root of their ailments, no matter what shape or form.

Born in Poland, Ada immigrated to Melbourne aged 2, returned to Europe during her teenage years and after university in London, she ventured back to Beijing to study Tuina (Chinese massage) for 6 months before settling in Auckland, where she established her practice. Ada loves living in West Auckland with her partner and three kids and remains deeply committed to her holistic approach to healing.
